Use of Statistical Methods for Cracking Store Trade
Adamec, Václav ; Halvová, Darja (referee) ; Kropáč, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis in his theoretical section summarizes the available literature with basic information about storage of inventory and monitoring of enterprises. It is focused primarily on the characteristics of time series, regression analysis and inventory control using time series. The aim of the practical part is to describe practical suggestions for inventory management, which would confirm that the tracking stock, keeping the minimum conditions and well-developed supplier relations firm ensures lower operating costs and will require less space for storing supplies.
Reference signals in intracranial EEG: implementation and analysis
Uher, Daniel ; Hejč, Jakub (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
The idea of a artifact-free brain activity recording has been circling around the scientific world for a few decades. Parasitic phenomenons and unwanted components may significatntly complicate the analysis of intracranial electroencephalographic (iEEG) recordings. However, with the rise of modern technology, new methods for precise removal of noise artifacts started to emerge. Here we use the concept of virtual reference signals for the elimination of such unwanted components. In this work, the algorithms for reference signal estimation using common average based method as well as more recent methods based on independent component analysis (ICA) were realized and evaluated on a variety of iEEG data. It was found that the ICA-based algorithms allow obtaining more accurate estimation of the reference signal as compared to the average-based one. Finally, all the methods were implemented into a open-source Python package đť‘źđť‘’đť‘“đť‘ đť‘–đť‘”, which is publicly available, easy to install and ready to use.
Evaluation design of civil airports effectivity indices
Novotný, Roman ; Janík, Radomír (referee) ; Veselý, Petr (advisor)
Introductory part of this thesis concludes the development of air traffic, division of airports in the Czech Republic according to the Ministry of Transport, according to the Law on Civil Aviation and according to the Coding of the airports (Requirement L 14). The aim was to realize theoretical definition and division of output and economic indicators. After that comes choice of appropriate airports from the European Union. The choice has been made on the basis of the number of check-in passengers at the airport in Prague-Ruzyně. Eight most suitable airports have been chosen from all twenty-seven member countries of the EU. The following step is comparative analysis of these chosen airports on the basis of specified output and economic indicators for the years 2005-2009. The year 2010 has not been included, because the chosen airports did not complete their annual reports, balances and statements of profit and loss. From these sources the values for calculation of individual indicators have been chosen. These indicators have been shown in charts, evaluated by means of graphs in Excel Programme and further they have been characterized in words. The aim of the thesis was also the evaluation and comparison of output and economic indicators of effectiveness and after evaluation, proposal of methods of evaluations has followed.
Analysis of the seismic velocity field
Kratochvíl, Pavel ; Mekyska, Jiří (referee) ; Smékal, Zdeněk (advisor)
Seismic velocities are an important prerequisite for seismic processing as a method for hydrocarbons accumulations detection. Seismic velocities are often displayed for mutual comparing, improvement checking, they are filtrated and recalculated for its different characteristic determination. This work deals with basic seismic propagation laws, the meaning of velocities in different stages of seismic processing and this theoretical background is followed by a proposition of method for calculating and displaying of stack velocities.
Analysis of the astronomical azimuth derived from measurements on the Moon
Záhorová, Kateřina ; Machotka,, Radoslav (referee) ; Kratochvíl, Vlastimil (advisor)
Work intention is to derive astronomical azimuth from the measurements on the Moon, using theodolite Leica T1800 and to make a proposal of proceeding measurements with certain accuracy. At the beginning of work will be explained several important terminals. It continues with description of works done before measurements, actions during measurements and counting operations. The results will be summarized at the end of work.
Reference Signals In Intracranial Eeg: Implementation And Analysis
Uher, Daniel
The idea of an artifact-free brain activity recording has been circling around the scientific world for a few decades. Noise present in brain activity recordings may complicate the process of evaluation and interpretation. For the elimination of such unwanted components, the concept of virtual reference signals is usually used. In this work, the algorithms for reference signal estimation using common average-based method as well as more recent methods based on independent component analysis (ICA) were realized and evaluated on a new set of real clinical data. It was found that the ICA-based algorithms allow obtaining more accurate estimation of the reference signal as compared to the average-based one. Finally, all the methods were implemented into a free installable Python toolbox, which will be publicly available after additional testing on real data.
